Hi Nicole,
Thank you for a wonderful cake pop class. You are an amazing teacher, so patient and encouraging. It was very inspiring to see your attention to detail, calm and friendly disposition, which made this class truly worth the money spent and more. I felt privileged to learn with you, and the personal touch you added, putting in a surprise pack of meringue kisses into the box in which we were to pack our cake pops, as also the edible food writer pen you gave each of us to keep, is something I’ll cherish. I was so glad I made the trip from Melbourne, and would do it again, whenever you offer the next class. To anyone considering taking a class with Nicole, I would say, ” just do it”, she’s the best.
Thank you again Nicole for the class, and to your mum for her amazing hospitality.
Sincerely
Brielle ( @madaboutcake)
P. S. I’m missing the yummy mini doughnuts. Please teach us how to make them next time
Will send through some pics I took of my pops, after they safely made it to Melbourne
