Our beautifully designed bakery is a charming private party room during the weekend. Give your child a unique opportunity and great birthday gift wrapped in one. At Sugar Pop Bakery, children age 6 years and older can enjoy hands-on experience with cookie pops, cake pops and the art of decorating them with their friends.

We believe kids have the best time if they aåre allowed to express themselves creatively. As such, our Sugar Pop Parties do not have a set project for them to adhere to. Instead, kids are allowed to dip half a dozen of our Sugar Pops with their own prepared fondant decorations and bowls of colorful sprinkles and edible decoration. This often provides them enough time to get their creative juices flowing and absolute freedom to express their own individuality. Lots of delicious mess is made which is what we encourage and parents often have fun interacting with their own kids as well.

Party room is only available for hire on Sundays (10:00 AM – 12:30 pm | 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM). Depending on schedule, we may open slots for Saturdays based on requests.

Booking Conditions:

• Cost per child is $65
• Limited to 10 children per party. Min number is 8.
• Duration of party is 2 hours
• Each child will take one 3 cookie pops, and 3 cake pops in our bakery box
• Party food will be provided: mini pies, mini sausage rolls, fairy bread, potato chips, gummy worms and drinks
• Kids party music will be played and room will be decorated with balloons.
• Aprons will be provided

Payment Details:

• Bookings can be made in person, by phone, or online.
• To secure your party booking a non-refundable deposit of $150 needs to be paid and five days before the party, a booking form needs to be complete with your final head count.
• Your party date, time and party room is only secured once you have paid the deposit.
• If calendar permits, you will be allowed a change of date
• If you need to reschedule your party this can be done free of charge if there is more than two weeks notice, if rescheduling occurs with less than two weeks notice an administration fee of $75 will apply.
• Your $150 deposit is forfeited in case of cancellation.

Party Options:

• Bouquet Arrangement

$15 per child ( extra 30 min)

– kids will wrap and ribbon their own creations. Each child will be able to arrange their Sugar Pops as a bucket bouquet.

• Birthday cake

$65 for a simple cake to feed 10 children. Customized to favorite colors

• Party Favours with customized Thank You tag:
  • Double Scoop Ice-Cream Cake Pop: $10 each individually wrapped and taggeg
  • Unicorn Pretzel, wrapped and tagged $2  each pack
  • Mini Donuts, wrapped and tagged $10  for a pack of 5

Due to the amount of space available, we recommend a drop-off / pick-up party. Adult platters are available to cater for 8 adults.
